Do you ever find yourself resisting your runs? I do. Today, in fact, I’m gearing up for 20 miles and I’m dilly-dallying–spending too much time deciding how many gels I’ll need and which pair of shorts to wear. If I delay much longer, the winds of my resistance will blow my motivation right out the window and I’ll spend the day in front of my computer. So off I go before I lose steam.
